Hypnosis is a natural state of mind – a focused state of attention. It taps into the unconscious mind to make suggestions for change. The client is deeply relaxed and is totally aware and mindful of all that is happening. When in this relaxed state the conscious mind can be bypassed to directly deliver positive suggestions to the subconscious mind. These direct suggestions overpower old unwanted brain chatter and thoughts, and create new lines of communication and understanding to rid oneself of unwanted feelings, thoughts and behaviours.
